Have you lost your motivation in a job or career you used to be passionate about? Do you feel like there isn’t enough time in the day, or that small tasks have become overwhelming? Burnout occurs when we run at a deficit in our physical and mental energy—spending more than we have to give day in and day out. In this workshop, Dr. Cassil will define Burnout, explore ways it might show up in your day-to-day, and identify ways to cope and replenish your resources.

Dr. Cassil will highlight the short-term and long-term effects of burnout and teach interventions that will move you toward a more balanced, sustainable life. After finishing this course, attendees will be able to identify what replenishes them, what drains them, and how to adapt to their current circumstances while moving toward a life that avoids burnout altogether.

This workshop will be held via Zoom, you will need a Zoom-compatible device with audio and visual capabilities and a stable internet connection to participate (check requirements here).

Cancellation policy: you may cancel up to 2 weeks in advance and receive a full refund, after which your refund will be reduced to 50%. Cancellations made within 48-hours of the event will not be refunded. A full refund will be provided if the workshop is cancelled.
